Senior Producer - Contract

Scholastic Inc

Lead all phases of content capture and production for video, photo, staged shoots, and marketing assets. Oversee creative development from concept through final asset delivery.

•Manage Spring ’25 and Fall ’25 project timelines, budgets, schedules, and deliverables. 

• Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, schools, and vendors to plan and execute video and photo shoots.

• Manage pre-production logistics, production books, call sheets, and on-set workflow. 

 Supervise post-production editing, reviews, uploads, archiving, and DAM tagging. 

• Develop production tools, guidelines, and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability. 

• Track budgets, managed 20vendor contracts and bids, and closed out projects. 

• Forecast resources, supported team bandwidth, and ensured deadlines were met. 

• Maintain strong communication across stakeholders and expanded vendor/crew database.

Senior Producer - Contract

NBC Universal

Supervised entire creative video and photo production process, pre-production, post-production and final delivery,  ensuring quality output across various shoot types. Collaborated with the programming team to create engaging  marketing content and served as the primary point of contact for talent relations. 

• Dignitary over promo concepts, EPK interviews, social content capture, and motion beauty shoots enhancing brand identity, engagements and growth. 

• Tracked/processed legal contracts and clearances for compliancy, and to mitigate risks to reduce any  potential negative impacts. 

• Identified/onboarded new vendors, negotiated contracts, and managed budgets of 50k to 800k to establish positive financial frameworks. 

• Cultivated external partnerships with production companies, freelance crews, showrunners, EPs,  and talent representatives for seamless execution of shoots that increased efficiency,  cost savings and higher quality.

Directed strategic planning and production across five major networks, optimizing operations to support Brand Creative and Integrated Marketing initiatives. Managed a diverse team including Director, Line Producers, Production Managers, and Coordinators, while overseeing on-set crews of 60-100 personnel. Collaborated with over ten Executives to align production. strategies with organizational objectives. Designed comprehensive production plans, ensuring seamless communication among teams, and maintained strong relationships with vendors and freelance crews to ensure efficient production cycles.
